Training Institute - Education & Training Owned
by the MIA, the Marina Training Institute (MTI) offers a suite of in person and
online training courses, short courses, certification courses, professional
development and management courses all specifically designed for industry. The MIA is increasing its online training to
support marinas in providing consistent, cost effective compliance and staff
on-boarding training. The MIA through the MTI trains approximately 300 industry
staff every year. In addition, webinars,
seminars and study tours are arranged to keep members up to date and informed
of the latest technologies and innovations.
